Our digital products are delivered instantly as downloadable files, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered.

We will help if

• you paid but did not receive the download link
• the file does not open or is damaged
• you were charged twice for the same order

In these cases we will resend the file, fix the problem, or refund the duplicate payment. Message us within 7 days of purchase with your order email and payment reference.
